Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

We ship across India using trusted courier partners via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment through the provided link.

We use Shiprocket to deliver orders through reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and others.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or details. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
